The workshop didn't have a promising beginning. A combined stable and pig pen with a storage area, it was dark with a manger running its length. But the building was sound, dry and a very good size.

Now, La Pelote (The Pincushion) is a light, bright space with room for up to 10 quilters, depending on the project.
